The Star Wars Show had a pretty cool segment on their latest episode today, as they shared some first details on “The Last Jedi” novelization from Rian Johnson himself.
You can check out the new details revealed about the novelization in the video above at the 3:03 mark, including how it will include new moments not seen in the film such as Han Solo’s funeral, Rose and Paige Tico together, more from Canto Bight, and the probably the coolest part, a deleted scene from the film where some shots of it from the upcoming Blu-ray were shown of Luke, Rey and the Caretakers on Ahch-To!
Also revealed at the end of that novelization segment was that the Blu-ray will have a commentary track, but whether that is just for the deleted scenes or the the whole movie remains to be seen. Hopefully it will include both.
“The Last Jedi” novelization is set to be released on March 6th, and hopefully a release date for the Blu-ray release of the film wont be too far behind.
