The Chrome Stormtrooper has now officially been revealed! In a page from the upcoming Vanity Fair article provided by StarWars-Universe via Making Star Wars, the Chrome Stormtrooper is revealed to be named Captain Phasma, and will indeed be played by actress Gwendoline Christie!

We’ve heard the rumors about the name Captain Phasma and her being played by Gwendoline Christie for awhile now, but it is great to finally get it officially confirmed.
This character looks beyond cool, and I just can’t wait to see her in action in “The Force Awakens”!
