The young Han Solo movie news continues to come out today, as Bob Iger has shared some cool new info about the movie while speaking at a USC tech event.
This new information comes courtesy of Wall Street Journal reporter Ben Fritz, who was at the event and tweeted the following new info that Bob Iger said about the young Han Solo film:
Han Solo movie will follow him from age 18 through 24 and show him finding the Falcon, meeting Chewbacca, and getting his name, Iger says

It’s nice to hear some things we assumed would happened get confirmed, like Han and Chewie meeting for the first time, but the big surprise from Bob Iger is that the film will cover six years of Han’s life.
While it will be a first for a “Star Wars” movie to cover that amount of time, I’m curious to see how Phil Lord and Chris Miller will make that work in one film, but I also think it’s going to be cool to see Han grow and change during that time as we watch the movie.
