Some more casting news has come out today for “The Mandalorian,” as The Hollywood Reporter has learned that veteran actor Nick Nolte has joined the cast of the live-action “Star Wars” series that already features Pedro Pascal and Gina Carano.
No details were given about the role Nick Nolte would be playing in “The Mandalorian,” but The Hollywood Reporter did mention an interesting little tidbit about the production of the series, saying it will be “heavy on visual effects, costumes and make-up, which will allow actors to come and go as well as, in some cases, be cast later in the production process than usual.”
We’ll see if we get more casting news for “The Mandalorian” in 2018 as production continues, but early 2019 should really be when we start hearing more details about the characters in this series as we lead up to Celebration Chicago, and I can’t wait!
