Disney and Lucasfilm have announced when we will see the conclusion of the sequel trilogy, as they have set a release date for Episode IX.
Episode IX will hit theaters on May 24th, 2019. They also announced a new release date for the fifth Indiana Jones movie, which will now come out on July 10, 2020.
Even though we’re getting the young Han Solo movie released in May of next year, I was still expecting Episode IX to continue the Christmas releases for the saga films, so I am a little surprised it will be released in May of 2019. But the fact that we will get to see it earlier in the year is perfectly fine by me!
