It’s been a few days since we got the awesome news that Donald Glover has been cast as Lando in the Han Solo standalone film, but we have yet to hear from the actor about landing the role. But that changed today when he was a guest on The Ellen Show, where he briefly talks about how honored he is to have landed the part of Lando Calrissian.

It’s always great to hear an actor be excited when they’re cast in a “Star Wars” film, and Donald Glover is clearly showing that he knows what a big deal it is to be the new Lando Calrissian, and I really can’t wait to see what does with the role!
